Delivery

    The products you order are shipped the next day. It may take 2-3 days under normal conditions for the cargo to reach you. This time may vary depending on the location of your address and cargo density.

   Cancellation

    You can unconditionally cancel your order on the same day. If you are a member of our site, you can manage your orders from the order history section.

   Return

    In accordance with the relevant laws of consumer rights, you can request a return within 15 days. The product you want to return must not be damaged and must not be used. If you have made a prepayment for returns, the amount you have paid within 3 working days will be deposited into the bank account you have provided. For credit card payments, the amount is returned to your credit card. The return process starts when the product reaches our address and the return process of the product that does not reach us does not start.
